By accessing and using Digital Vistech's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Digital Vistech provides web design, development, branding, and digital marketing services. The scope of each project is defined in a separate project agreement.
A 50% deposit is required to begin work on any project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files are delivered.
Our money back guarantee applies in specific circumstances as outlined in the individual package description. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of project initiation.
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership rights to the final deliverables. Digital Vistech retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio.
